You can find the AHREND SLOVAKIA showroom on the way to Železná studnička in Bratislava, just before the Red Bridge. How many times have I gone on my power walk to the forest park and walked past AHREND, so many times have I thought how great it would be to have a workplace in such an amazing place! Forest, stream, and fresh air just a few steps away and very pleasant, eye-pleasing architecture and user-friendly scale...
However, opportunities sometimes come in a slightly different form than we dream of them. That was the case with the installation of my abstract art work collection in the AHREND SLOVAKIA showroom. The FIFTY: FIFTY! pop-up, which I organised in January, showed the potential of the showroom space.
And so one fresh morning (at Železná studnička all mornings are pleasantly fresh:) at the end of February we installed a selection of my abstract art works in the showroom. They make the working environment more pleasant, completing specific AHREND elements such as focus rooms, mini and standard conference rooms, telephone booths, and acoustic walls.
The installation went smoothly thanks to the skilled AHREND craftsmen and I can again express my deepest gratitude for such a great opportunity.
