Mara Ohman is exhibiting in Berlin! “Why Berlin?” my friend asks me. Well, you have to start somewhere!
The second and long May weekend in Berlin was marked by:
– Full Hungaria (that’s the train that operates between Budapest and Hamburg), there and back
– Beautiful weather and a wonderful and friendly city
– Instead of currywurst, we chose Viet Bowl, and that was a good choice!
– Great event organisation by Zuzka Megová, the director of the Slovak Institute in Berlin
– The experienced eye of my curator and dear friend Ľudo Petránsky (as always)
– The skilful hands of my dear Miloško, who managed the third installation in a row without any hesitation
– Support and jokes from Katuška and her assurance that I was using nice colours
– Perceptive guests, the number of whom pleasantly surprised us all (full house!)
– A mixture of stories, languages, meetings and new and unforgettable experiences.
Thank you and hopefully bis bald!
